customer service has gone way down and nobody is on the same page.
Refused to let me buy wine because my 13 year old son could not show ID showing he is 21. He is my son genius Then “Lilly the Manager” said that i was in the wrong?? But, if I would have brought an infant son, she would have let me buy it. Nothing like not knowing what you don’t know and being to arrogant and obtuse to acknowledge it. Btw, I am 46.
RecommendedFry's has come a long way. This is coming from Safeway shopper. I only shop at Fry's. they do have just about anything I need
This store is conveniently located and is always clean and most of the cashiers are friendly. I loved seeing Will. He is so quick with checkout. Really knows what he is doing. I don't see him as much any more. Maybe a new schedule. The meat and produce is always good quality. Here at Fry's on Ina, went to the Deli and wanted some Mac and Cheese that was hot and already in a plastic container. I was the only one around besides the 5 employees working in the Deli. No one would stop and ask what I needed, then one lady said get a number and you will be helped shortly. She could have got the Mac and Cheese. I said forget it and left. I can make my own when I get home.

The shelves are always empty at store #36. The Thomas' bagel section and Kroger frozen vegetable section have been bare for days. It's a problem throughout the store and not just today. Hand baskets were stacked at the registers, none at the entrances. Fry's is just inviting customers to go across the street to the Walmart Market. �
