was told they would replace a laptop if anything went wrong if I bought the warranty/insurance. I could bring it back and walk our with a replacement. well computer kept blue screening and I took it back and they refused me a replacement, said they didn't have anything to replace it with and wouldn't even suggest something close to it. wanted a refund and they didn't want to honor that either. finally got refend and will not go back unless it's a have too.

The worst experience buying a laptop I've ever encountered was at Frys. Please,don't waste your money. I found a laptop the man was suppose to restore back to Factory spec. Once I got it home it was not restored back to factory spec. Also charge would not last but two minutes Plus the screen had lines going across. I brought it back to Fry's. The same man that was suppose to restore back to factory spec said I would have to pay him cash to restore. I told him he did not do it the first time when purchased. I got so upset and... read more

I bought 65" 4K HD Television on September 6th. I opened the box on September 20th. I saw cracks on screen. I took back the TV in its original box to the store on same day. They refused to exchange or give me return. I am very upset that they want me to pay for damaged TV. They didn't inspected the TV in front of me. I am disappointed by their service. Came to the store in March and bought a laptop computer. I have brain damage and the sales associate James Buke, told me that the 3 yr $209 warranty covered everything including accidental damage. Well, now that the screen is cracked (and has not been dropped, there is no apparent damage anywhere other than the LCD screen) they will not honor their own warranty. The service was poor and the salesmen are shady. The reason I gave it two stars because I was helped by the one and only salesman who knows what he talks about. I got my computer built up by a man name Ryan. He's very knowledgable with his job so he made my experience there satisfying. So if you like to get your computer built up from scratch, go to the Components Department and see him. The selection at this store is what makes me take the drive from Fort Worth to Arlington. No other store has this much. When building a computer from the ground up this is the place to be. Some people find that the service here is lacking. I don't. If you simply research what you need or want then all you have to do is pick it up and pay for it. If you don't know what you are buying then the best bet is to research it. I never take advice from employees personaly. I rahter have an understanding than listen to a salesman.

Adult Candy store – I love the fact that there is so much hardware here. The sales put many items at a great price if you want to fill out rebate forms. Even without a rebate prices are usually better than most other stores. Excellent selection of DVDs tho the CD section could use some work. Their hardware extended warranty is much better than Best Buy but you may want to remember that to exercise a warranty on a big screen TV you have to take it to the store. this "store" is the worse managed and worst customer service i have recieved in any store... when you finally get out of their i was so excited i felt like i got released from prison... wow i couldnt even begin to explain the horrible experience ive had.. other then the employees are not educated in all the departments their... and managment could give a **** less how people feel or how we are treated i would not recommend this to my worse enemy i would drive the extra mile to best buy... and thats what i call service their!... read more
