I went to this store to pick up a TV they said was in stock and they did NOT have it in stock NONE of the TV's that they had on display on the floor were in stock in the store. I originally bought a TV from here and 9 days later it stopped working, they did not want to help me with a trade or even a store credit because i didn't have a box. I had been to several stores and still no help.

Their staff are not knowledgeable, the managers are Extremely rude, and their service warranty's are a HUGE waste of money. I recently had a bad experience with a warranty on my laptop. After dropping it off, I did not hear back from them at all. The store manager was very rude, argued with me, and tried to push the blame regarding the damage and follow up on my laptop. As a former 4-year employee of Fry's I would like to say that, as long as you find yourself talking to someone that doesn't make commission (Audio-Video, Computers, and certain parts of components) the employees are typically over qualified for their positions and do go out of their way to help people find what they need. Purchase 2 TV from them one needed repairs and would not comply iwth the extended warranty, had to take them to court and won, after the Manager of the store that lost decided to bad mouth me to other stores and I was banned from the Fry's stores. They are OK unless you make them look bad by winning in court then they turn on you instead of trying to make the cituation better. Orices are good, but hopefully you will get an Item that works and do not have to return it. Especially if it's a big ticket Item purchased.

The prices will keep me coming back. Especially good if you already know what you want. If you need to ask technical questions, this may not be your best choice.

good service, most of the merchandise is new but you have to check it out to make sure, some of it is refurbished

This retailer has a vast supply of different brands and prices to fit everyone. Their service department is #1 and sales staff is very friendly and helpful. Their return policy is nice for the 'impulse buyer' keeping customers returning and becoming loyal to them.
