I just experienced the best customer service. I was on the phone on the way to the store, I explained what I was looking for and the Gentleman put me on hold; then got back on the line with me told me the three options that I could choose from, along with the amount on the store shelf (in case I needed them to hold the item for me). I met a man in the parking lot and had a nice conversation with him. Worse customer service I have ever seen-went in to get a price match on a computer I bought less than a week ago & they said they had to look it up & could not take my paperwork because it was probably doctored. Manager told me to go ahead & bring my computer back, he didn't care. So rude & not just the manager,but all of the men up front by customer service. I would never,ever go back to this store again. I bought directly from HP & got the same computer $60 cheaper & a brand new version with an additional year warranty!!
Lots of cool stuff in this store, and good prices also. There is even a restaurant. It is fun to shop here
