They need to be more problem solving and less salesy. I’m giving an extra star because the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I came in with one specific issue, a terrible sound coming from my car, and left with the same problem unresolved. i recommended checking two things that it could be, but after the service, no one explained how the issue was addressed. I simply received a call saying my car needed a couple of things, with no clear diagnosis or follow-up. Disappointing experience overall.

Took my car here for a new battery. Told them it was 4 years old. They “tested” it, said it was fine and charged me $30. Two days later I had to pay someone to come to my home and replace the battery. Completely unimpressed.
