Called customer support for questions on a Cleveland steamer, waited roughly 20 to 30 minutes before anybody answer their phone. Finally talked to older gentleman, sounds like he's having a bad day because he just gave up on the conversation and hung up on me. I don't usually go out of my way to leave a review but companies need to do better on customer service.
