Rented a Uhaul from this location yesterday. The employees were very nice and helped me with all my dumb questions. Easy to work with. I would definitely rent from here again.
Rude owner, tried to overcharge me when the rental periods are 24 hours, I took trailer at 2:30 said I hadn’t I haven’t back by 8:30am to not be charged for another day yet they are 24 hour rental periods? Shocking they are going out of business, and if she was retiring and business was successful you could sell it, Oya but you can’t with all these bad reviews. And I got my $ back from U-Haul, gotcha bit*h enjoy retirement
Friendly , helpful people to rent from. Definitely a good rental company with great employees.
Rudest and worst customer service. They yell, repeat what they are saying three times, do not let you get a word in and to top of that they hang up the phone on you because they do not want to hear what you are saying.
