The surgery went well. They took 4 days to call me back after I call two days post surgery. I would suggest you call if you are going to speak with any outside of an appointment within 30 minutes of closing.
Haven't been there as of yet to meet all the other staff but I am soooo very familiar with Dr. William Ward...the best of the best! He has been my orthopedic oncologist for over 21 years, and I highly recommend him! I was thrilled to find out that he is now with FryeCare Orthopedic....what a God send! There's not enough space to share with you all that Dr. Ward has done to help me over the years.
I have not stepped foot in their office, but just speaking with Lori, who works with the scheduling dept has already put me at ease. She was absolutely amazing. Her care and concern for her patients is above and beyond! If the rest of my experience is like this, there won't be enough stars on Google. I'll update after my dad's appointment!
Outstanding experience! This whole group really does care for their patients the old fashion way...they actually spend time with you and get to know you. Our son who is 16 was having issues with his knee. Nick Seiler, Regional Manager of Sports Medicine & Community Outreach, was able to evaluate the injury. He immediately set an appointment with Dr. Simms and his nurse Sara as Dr. Russell was out of town. They performed an ultrasound and determined a MRI was justified for further clarity on the injury. I didn’t have a great experience here with a certain doctor. From the moment I walked into that practice the front desk staff acted like it would kill them to smile and be nice. It wasn’t welcoming at all. Then the doctor walked in while the nurse was checking me in still, had scans done months previously from another office that I didn’t authorize a release for, and pretty much told me that I was fine and not experiencing the symptoms that I was experiencing from my injuries.
