I have 8 yeats experience there myself my wife about the same No return phone calls. Want answer the phone. I had to drive to there office just to speak to a person. . My insurance company bcbs tried reaching frye care for over 2 weeks . With no results or return phone calls .I don't recommend them at all . I believe Dr Poke is a good Dr but the facility its self is poorly managed. If you have lung issues find a different place

I wrote a review already, but I have yet to see it, so I will say again Dr. kallur is the best doctor you can ever ask for, she is there for me 100% She knew the hell I went through with another doctor that told me I had a blood clot and there was nothing they could do. My first visit she went above and beyond to help me, and she proved to me the other doctor was wrong. Dr Kallur and her nurse Heather has always been there for me. Refuse to be referred to this facility! It does not matter that the doctors are fantastic if no one returns phone calls (EVER), contacts you with results, or follows up with prescriptions. My husband had to physically go to the facility to make an appointment after MANY phone calls were ignored. He finally had a sleep study, after which were told if there were any significant findings we would be contacted immediately. Dr. Polk is truly fantastic. One of the few physicians that listen and seem to care for their patients. Too bad I’ll never get to see her again because the office does not answer or return phone calls. Ever.
