They have communication issues. They will ask your doctor to "fax over medical records urgently" and take 4 days to do it.
Do not go into the exam room alone with Dr Tilghman if you are a young woman. Ask for a chaperone or another staff member to stand in there as a second person, there are posters offering that service within the exam rooms. I can’t emphasize this enough.
Do not waste your time. After getting the runaround and waiting two weeks for a response from this office and Dr. Nathan Tilghman, I was forced to look elsewhere. Fortunately, two other AME doctors in the area were able to assist me within just 48 hours. Both providers said they’ve heard issues. I strongly recommend saving your time and going to a different provider.
Apparently appointments mean nothing over an hour waiting for a pre employment drug test patient time is not important to them
