I came here as a new patient and had a very positive experience. The office staff is friendly and professional, and I didn’t have to wait very long after checking in. My provider is Jennifer Kerley. She listened to all my concerns, didn’t rush and was very helpful and professional. As a new patient I didn’t know what to expect and was a bit nervous, but she made me feel comfortable talking to her. If you are looking for a provider that listens to you and not talk over you, or dismiss your concerns, she is the one to see.
Mai Vang was the most commendable PA I have had the experience of being seen by. She took her time to be thorough, communicated clearly, was personable, and made me feel safe and understood.
