I have been seen here Valdese, Lenoir & hickory office. I see Dr. R. He is a amazing Dr. Very knowledgeable and very good bed side manners. I also see Dr. Willey as my electrophysiologist he is also kind and knowledgeable. He surgically put in my heart loop recorder. I am doing good so far. He did awesome job. I am more than pleased with my heart doctors. They are a excellent team. Front desk ladies are always kind and nurses are as well. I highly recommend this team of doctors.
Very outdated, no medical grade hand soap, didn’t see any visible hand sanitizer dispensers, the room was not cleaned before we were brought back, the nurse literally pulled the drape paper off the bed and pulled a new one down. Didn’t feel the provider was willing to take the time to explain things or that he was even listening. Will not be returning.
