This was tough. Although the mechanics are great, the front desk/appointment person is so terse I feel intimidated every time I (used to) call. We started going somewhere else.
My husband and I broke down on our road trip to New Hampshire and they were able to fit us in right away and had the problem fixed within the hour. Great customer service! And the puppy greeter was also a highlight 🤗
Amazing staff, great customer service, honest, genuine, hard working people. I highly recommend anyone in need of service, give them a try.
I always have a wonderful experience at Fryeburg Motors
