Fantastic dental office! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I felt extremely comfortable walking in for my first appointment. I can't wait to have future appointments with them!
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with.
I found that this was a professional environment and everyone that I met acted in a professional manner. There were no surprises, the administrative assistant who greeted me when I entered was cheerful and showed me the waiting area. The hygienist explained all of the procedures and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Dr . Carrier was very thorough and positive before and during her exam and treatment plan. Had my first appointment yesterday. The staff is so welcoming Dental assistant,Samantha, greeted me and I felt very relaxed I didn't feel like a new patient. Just the opposite. It was as if I had been going there for years. Dr. Pickerell addressed all my concerns and was extremely nice and welcoming. I am extremely happy I chose Fryeburg Dental Center.
I am so pleased I switched my dental care from Conway to Fryeburg Dental Center. My previous dentist insisted I needed extensive work, eight crowns and fillings, which I didnt believe. My consultation with Dr. Pickerell confirmed that I didnt need that work. In addition she was very knowlegable about my autoimmune disease that affects my gums and she actually treated it with a prescription steroid.
