DO NOT GO TO THEM. I went here with the intent of help with filling some taxes but they straight up want 250 dollars as a deposit not saying what it's for until you want you so not want their services then they say no and the deposit was for a meet up with a and then it goes for what you owe. By the way their website says free consultation. Very unprofessional and very overpriced. I had a simple question about where I should file my taxes since we have no permanent address and are traveling. I had used Frye Tax in the past and always felt they were overpriced but felt comfortable since they took over for Escobar, whom I was always satisfied with. I have had Frank do my taxes for over 10 years…but it seems since his wife and firm came into play, the same service isn’t being rendered. When you get an email instead of a phone call saying you owe a large sum of money out of the ordinary, and then when you get an email throwing both myself and the financial advisor under the bus is totally not professional. Seems he is more interested in money than customer service. This should be a negative review
