The entire staff from check in to post op was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. They made the experience of coming in for surgery a stress free experience for me and my wife. I appreciate their professionalism and the wonderful patient care that I received. I would not hesitate to recommend their care to friends, family, and others who need medical care.
Terrific facility I love the caring staff. The nurses, and front desk staff are the best. Very professional and efficient and caring. This is a great facility.
My husband had shoulder surgery and the staff was awesome from the time we got there till we left they were exceptionally nice and very professional my husband said that he was very pleased with his care and that they were good to him and Dr.Kellar was very pleasant speaking with him before and after the surgery The staff today(9/18/2024) was exceptional and rocked.Thank u all.
My 4 year old daughter had a dental procedure done. Most of the staff were rude and not patient with my child. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
I had shoulder surgery at Frye care on 6/13/2024. I had a Spanish nurse she was the rudest nurse I've ever had in my 64 years. Trust me if I ever have to come back to Frye care and she's my nurse I will be requesting a different nurse. She really shouldn't be in health care at all. Sign Debra Horton
