I had a sleep study done in Arizona 5 years ago & was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I went for a study last week at Frye Regional Sleep Center. I can't stress enough how bad it was. The room was equipped with a small twin sized hospital bed (sleep centers usually have a comfortable bed like the one you have at home, usually with a full or queen size bed). Had sleep study at Frye on 6/28/18. Worst experience I've ever had, even compared to aortic valve replacement. Put me in a room next to the "generator", which sounded like two Harley's reved to the max in your room. The lady doing my study said oh, they'll turn it off after while. Bed was a mattress on a wooden platform with pillows 1 1/2 inches thick. There was a glass window between the room I was trying to sleep in and the two girls doing the study.
