I'm very disappointed with this practice. My daughter has grand mal seizures which have become more frequent and more violent. She had an appointment scheduled in January. When she arrived for her appointment she was informed that she would need to reschedule because the provider was ill. Her appointment was rescheduled for March, yesterday, and she was told the exact same thing. She did not receive a phone call informing her or to offer her an appointment with another provider.
