Picked out granite slab, was sold a measured thickness, upon delivery, all pieces were not the same thickness, with some parts being 1 inch thick. Construction was behind schedule so I didn't notice until backsplash contractor took off plastic off countertop. Owner refused to replace granite to match 1.25" thickness stating this is rare but this is just how the slab was.... I was not offered a refund or to change the slabs to get the thickness I paid for.
