My wife’s sister had her will done by Fryberger which named her personal representative of the estate. Unfortunately that will now needs to be executed. We tried to stay with Fryberger to set up the estate trust as well as trusts for the 2,surviving minor children. It’s been painful. Calls go unanswered, messages not returned. Now we find they did not include financial guardianship in the initial probate filing so now no one can collect the life insurance money on behalf of the minors and it will take months longer.
