I agree with the poster above. For a family run business they all have attitudes like they work for a large corporation. The girl in accounting has to be the most unprofessional accounting I've met to date. You are right about sales....don't listen to what you are ordering...won't read the purchase order...then complain when you want to return it for what you actually order...AND THEY SAID THEY HAD IN STOCK! How they lasted this long is a mystery.
un happy customer – I will never do business with Fry steel ever. I will recommend no one to this company. First off the young lady answering the phones has an attitude. Not one sales person had customer service skills. The material was rusted and had dents. There were no certs provided. I asked for DFARS, they had no IDEA what it was.
