Decent Repairs The garages at Fry Road Collision are almost always full of cars that need repairs. The employees are helpful and the mechanics know what they are doing. The turn-around-time at this location is decent and I was pleased with the results. The prices are decent and are about the same as their competitors. PROS: Good results CONS: Busy
Way too crowded Of course the mechanics and associates here are knowledgeable and courteous, but you'd be lucky if you can get a speedy fix on your car. They always have cars in there that they're working on, that means you get put on a huge hold list. The results are great and you'll at least be impressed by those. If you're in a rush, this isn't the place to go, but the quality is great here.

Expect an expeditious, seamless, worry free experience. Ray is a true professional, customer service is unbeatable, work is impeccable! Ray delivered more than was expected, highly recommend to all in need of paint and body work!!
I can't say enough good things about Fry Road Collision, especially about the owner, Ray. He repainted my car for hundreds of dollars less than my dealership. When I wasn't feeling well, he carried my bags and held my hand to walk me to another car. He was always in touch about my car, and even detailed the interior (which was pretty dirty). I will never take my car anywhere else should it get hit again. 10 stars.
I had my car in there twice. Service is great! They are professional, very helpful, and did a great job with my car. I couldn't ask for better service. Ray is a sweet and wonderful guy. When I tell this last time about a month ago, I was in a wreck, my car was messed up. They had a tow truck guy pull my car, when I got there they contacted enterprise who got there so quick, they got me in a car and on my way. I couldn't thank them enough for excellent customer service and giving me a piece of mind!!
