We were relocating to the area and rented the place sight unseen. When we arrived, we were happy to see that it was very well maintained & some of the appliances had been recently replaced with new ones. Lots of space indoors & out! The owners took great care of the property (lawn was mowed weekly during the summer months, etc). We didn't have any maintenance issues during our time there, but they were easy to reach when needed and a small complaint about our attached neighbors was resolved quickly.
