I paid for self-ordered a DNA Sequencing test on Jan. 18. Having heard nothing back about the results, I emailed and called, finally receiving a response on Feb. 28. I was told they had shut down and were unable to complete my test so they would refund my money, $1495. I never got it so I emailed again - and again. Finally I filed a dispute with the credit card company.
