Every member of the staff we interacted with was friendly, smart, and great at their job. We received a treatment plan that is comprehensive and takes into account my daughter’s holistic wellbeing. The team spent TWO HOURS with us at the initial appointment!! Allotting sufficient time for this first meeting allowed the team to not only do a full examination, but also explain all findings to us, making us feel like important clients. I would like to share my experience with this office because, unfortunately, it was not worth the time, financial investment, or physical discomfort I experienced throughout my treatment. To begin with, I believe Dr. Fry is a knowledgeable and intelligent orthodontist who clearly understands the complexities of jaw pain. Since I have struggled with jaw issues for most of my life, we chose this practice because of her expertise in that area. After consulting with another orthodontist in town, we chose Dr. Fry and her team because of their thoughtful approach, clear communication, and overall care plan.
