I live in a subdivision in Montgomery, Ohio, where Fry Homes has been building a new build. I’m saddened to report that I have worked with this City on Ordinance violations for more than 24 times. In my opinion, due to the continuing violations of City ordinances, Fry Homes has not shown an appreciation for my neighborhood or my City. And, as far as the custom design goes, from the outside it appears like an ordinary rebuild house big enough to test the limits of the Ordinance boundaries.
