We just moved in the beginning of December 2025 only 6 months after breaking ground and couldn’t be happier with our new home. I don’t normally write reviews, especially shortly after I purchase something because invariably after I write a good review the thing breaks. But I’ll make an exception in this case. My wife and I had tried to build a new home for over 20 years, but the timing was never right. I’m in the oil and gas industry, which is very unpredictable and makes committing such an investment into building a new home a scary proposition. We built with Fry Homes in 2023 and are so delighted with our home! From the time they broke ground to the time we moved in, it was just under 9 months. We hired an independent home inspector after move-in and they were very impressed with the quality of the build and found very minor issues.
