They did not stand by there mission and was very rude. How can a general contractor come into one of there stores and ask a question about the nails and get no reply from the 'employee' but be told how much they are. And turn around and be over charged for the nails? Customer service has gone out the window. Will be going else where and telling everyone about the experience. Maybe BBB should review Fry Fastening system.
