I had the Southwest Taco at Watercress festival 2026. Their line was long, but it was so worth it. They have the best fry bread.

I was finally able to try the Fry Bread Factory. I had the Cherokee Taco and it was delicious!! I’ve had so called fry bread before, but this was far and beyond so much better than any I’ve had before that I actually feel like this was the first real fry bread I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back again.
I drove an hour from Tulsa just to check out this food truck and try their Cherokee taco, and I’m so glad I did! The taco was outstanding—super fresh, generously portioned, and packed with amazing flavor. It was definitely worth the drive and the price. Phenomenal food and an experience I’ll be be back again soon!
Delicious! I got their burger, which was excellent. Will definitely go back for more.
