The reviews regarding customer service are super true. Arrived this morning and the POS system was down. Okay, that happens but I’m literally standing at the order point with 3 employees literally just looking me in my face until I decide to say something. No greeting, no “hey maam our POS” is down. I come back later in the day and still just a dry,unwelcoming atmosphere. The bowls are delicious! Just a lack of Southern hospitality.
Trash! Service is rude and food wasn't the best. Looking for healthy alternatives and trying to patronage the stores in your city. The service acted as of they didn't want us there. What's going on with all the tipping. I placed a order for my wife and myself which ended up being close to $60 I tipped on it. My daughter wanted something after she saw what we had, and they were looking for a tip again. No, I just ordered I'm not tipping again.
