This is the best frutta bowls I’ve visited! The service was fast and efficient, and I even got the chance to speak to Anthony, the manager. He was very professional and due to his welcoming nature I will for sure be back to this location. 10/10 recommend!!
Customer service is always top notch the girls are so nice. 10/10 recommend!
Had the craziest experience here, was treated like we were in the early 1900’s and got told to wait in the back of the store because where we were standing was “intimidating” to this one particular girl. She was rude to not only every person who walked in but her co worker as well. I understand it was busy but everyone in there was being patient and instead of working to get the orders done, she was worried about where my sister and I were standing. This is the second time I’ve visited this location and it’s really not a pleasant place to go to the staff never smile they always get my order wrong and the customer service sucks bad, today I went there and they put so much peanut butter and Nutella in my bowl you can’t taste anything else little to no açaí in the bowl at all, so I went back to ask about my order and immediately the staff thought I wanted a refund which was far from what I wanted but when she refused to listen to what my complaint was I just tossed the ent... read more
