I wish I would of gotten the managers name but I went in and did a build your own bowl in mini size she barely put any of the acai and it was frozen when I told her about it she was extremely passive aggressive and then went to the register came back and placed my money on the counter? It was good but they scammed me. Why can I see the bottom of the bowl before I took a bite. They remade it but it’s still kinda empty.
I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed with the food and service from this location. I drove 35 min away to pick up my order I made online. I paid for extra cacao nibs and extra peanut butter. My bowl dis not even have a spoonful amount of peanut butter in it, I found a droplet in the middle under all my fruit. That’s what I paid extra for??? Are you guys serious. The lady with the long red braids has disgusting service. Doesn’t greet or even acknowledge you to advise you of the wait, she just makes you stand there like an idiot until she feels like providing customer service. Tart Smoothies is not worth the nasty attitude
