I came in for an acai bowl however they didn’t have acai or the pitaya base. Not a big deal originally so I decided to get a smoothie instead. I got the Mango Strawberry smoothie in 16 oz which is supposed to include mango, strawberry, and honey. However, they didn’t have honey either . Overpriced. I got a tropical smoothie and it came out to almost $12. I understand there’s inflation in this economy rn but $12 is just corporate greed. Especially since fruits were not even fresh and drink tasted bad.
I’ve ordered smoothies and different specialty drinks a few times now and every time I’m so disappointed. Smoothies are ALWAYS watered down and nasty AND FOR $10 for a small? Absolutely insane. Also their new “matcha” items are literally just made with some type of weak watered down green tea concentrate- not real matcha. I have been a happily loyal customer ever since I learned about this Frutta Bowls location in my local area! Sadly, after a few too many inexcusably disappointing experiences lately, I’ve decided to no longer give my business to this establishment. My most recent experience was absolutely appalling!
