I really was excited about a smoothie bowl place closer than the others I usually go to. Firstly, I placed my order online, saying I'd be there at 12:30. I get there at 12:34, and there is no signage about where to pick up online orders--only a section got Doordash/Grubhub orders. As I'm not a delivery driver, this is useless to me. So I think, guess I have to get in line to ask for my food.. I waited in line for over 20 minutes. Then they tell me I should have "gone over there". How would I possibly know that? Not a good place. Poor to no management. The guys working behind the counter did not know what they were doing. Will not be going back.
Don’t waste your time just go to Playa bowls it’s right down the street. Small bowls for a big price, out of a lot of product, confusing to order.
