Customer service was absolutely horrible 6/6/26 around 11AM. I got the tropical smoothie and it was only pineapple, not even blended entirely. The one single worker had a disgusting attitude. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. My friend and I visited Frutta Bowl at Austin Landing around 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 28. The store closed at 8:00 PM. When we arrived, no one greeted us and there were no employees visible in the front. We waited approximately 15 minutes before our order was taken. We did a catering order through Ez-Cater. Unfortunately, our catering order was never fulfilled. The driver arrived on time and waited for nearly an hour before being informed that the restaurant was canceling the order. We were later contacted by EZ Cater and advised that a full refund would be issued. From what we were told, the restaurant prioritized a walk-in order over our scheduled catering order and was unable to accommodate both due to staffing shortages.
