I went through the entire order on one of their machines. Put in my name and my credit card which transaction was approved. I assumed that my name would be called when my order was ready. I stood there for 10-15 minutes while 2 other people were served (not many in restaurant though). I think I was looked at a coupe times finally a kid asked me what I was waiting on and I said my name and he was like “uh, we don’t have a ticket sorry” this was after my card transaction clearly went through. Smoothie was the consistency of soup. It’s like my drink was 97% milk and 3% fruit. I’ll stick to tropical smoothie
Definitely would just go somewhere else. $12 for the smallest acai bowl I've ever had, and then on top of that they forgot the kiwi on my bowl. The bowl was okay, but nothing special, especially not missing one of 3 major ingredients.
