Good luck to the Odell person on getting their refund the promised. I was sent a photo via email of my return & still to this day I have never received a refund. I hope they go out of business. Posting a screen shot of my bank As of 03/23/2025. I even got the BBB involved and they were ignored & my review is on their website as well. I suggest people do the same.
Order was inaccurate, a smoothie wasn’t made. Owner promised to refund my money and never did. No integrity whatsoever, this business will surely fail.
Called on the 7h about the poor service I received on the 6th. Told they’d issue me a refund. On the 12th I noticed I still haven’t received my refund so I called. The girl who answered said the manager was on vacation & to call back Saturday. I called today & now they’re saying she’s not back until Monday. I don’t know what’s going on with this business but they’re being absolutely awful & at this point not being helpful for the refund I was promised is insane. THEY NEED NEW EMPLOYEES! After reading another negative review, it’s clear I’m not the only one who experienced poor customer service. We were there yesterday around 6:40 PM, just 20 minutes before closing. We didn’t think it was too late to arrive, but when we walked in, we were met with no greetings and employees who clearly seemed unhappy to see us. The girl at the register was absolutely awful tonight. I was actually pretty shocked by her rudeness. Very snappy. I usually go to the mason location that is much further.
