I have always had great experiences there, they are always helpful and know there repeat customers and care about them.. I know my boyfriend and I were one of the 2 people she was talking about. Maybe if she knew he has had to deal with Cancer & Chemo for the past 6 years. She would have thought twice. He can't dress in nice clothes much because he is to sore, its hard enough to walk there.
fruths in ironton ohio. they are the worst bunch of people working there. incompetent.I have never went there for prescription and it be ready or they cant even find it.something needs to be done with this store. alot of other customers have to go back 2 or 3 times to get all there medicines.there are too many other places to go to . its like the customer is a bother to the workers day.I have visited my last time.hope this helps someone else.I see i have to give them at least a 1 star rating. how bout putting a zero in there... read more
The manager, Penny, has been rude to me on several occasions. Not a people person at all. And, she talked to me about what she thinks of some of their customers that she knows that I know. Me being a manager/supervisor for almost 15 years...I know that is not professional at all. She's definitely two faced and a back stabber. So sad. I just call Fruth Pharmacy in Spencer, WV and talked to the pharmacist, Kassie. I had a question about starting a new medication and whether it would have any adverse reactions with the current medication I am on. She was very friendly and professional and answered my question in a matter of minutes. She told me that the likelihood of any adverse reactions were very limited, but if I had any (which she specified), I should quit taking the medication and contact my doctor immediately.
