Said my gender identity was a political stance but yet sells controversial things that are technically political stances such as blue lives matter stuff and rebel flags.
I was called a fu*king b*tch by the assistant manager who chased after my son demanding he return a stolen item. My son stole nothing and when she walked back into the store followed by my son who was ACTUALLY in there waiting for medicine she was heard shouting obscenities about me. Shameful behavior
I’m no longer a customer as both myself and my father was for years . They are probably the highest priced pharmacy in the area for one and even using insurance or a Good Rx card which they don’t recognize they are still overpriced. The straw that broke the Camels back is when they went to what they call “ Central fill” which really just means you won’t be sure your order will be ready or not . I’ve switched to Kroger even though they lack a drive thur I can stand in line for half the price of what Fruth wants for their meds... read more

Very rude and very slow, ended up switching pharmacies
Today was the worst day for my friend she is a strong sweet person she has a few disabilities but she try’s not showing it today 4 employees rushed her about her purse they said there was sign on door saying no purses allowed pass door she checked door no sign she started to video after that she said to a worker name Debbie there was no sign Debbie then got loud and rude so my friend stood up for herself then the man a manger or supervisor started to be loud rude and honest to god aggressive with his words they pointed in he... read more
Went in today to pick up a script and was talked to and treated like I had the plague. I wore a mask like I always do. i use hand sanitizer. Walgreens will get my business for now on. The pharmacist and cashier were both rude with an attitude.
I like Fruth Pharmacy however I think the owner needs to temporarily close them until the COVID virus is over with. She needs to value her employees & protect them from the virus as much as possible. Life it too short. Please put your EMPLOYEES FIRST & close your stores temporarily. It’s not fair to the employees or their families that they have to continue to work putting themselves at risk as well as their kids & grandkids.
