Awful. Ordered on nov 29. Won’t answer calls or email awful customer service . They still haven’t shipped my orders and it’s Christmas Eve. I got no explanations and now their voicemails says they are gone till January 7. Also on their instagram page you can see other costumers who are complaining about not having receive their packages but they don’t seem to care one bit
