I was hired by my manager who knew me as a customer, management for my store was amazing. The company NOW FOODS/Fruitful Yield is NOT. I was already underpaid making pennies working part-time, while full-time made 1 dollar more than me. The company I found out pays more for being pulled from other companies, but when they hire and move people WITHIN the company they pay you pennies, they don't have to train you since you are already trained and they don't offer you fair wage/salary.
