Super disappointing the whole experience I had with this company. Rates were great and than a year ago BOOM. Prices increased. I begin the process to move out. Called multiple times so it wouldnt go on one of my cards. Yup took my money, and wouldnt prorate knowing I was only there for 6 days into the month. Years of being a ‘customer ‘ and slap 👋🏼 in the face. Horrible.

Beware this business, I rented here & left the place better than I found it moving out before the end of the month. Everything paid on time & in full. I called to notify & left message of my move out date. We moved out of state & I received notice from collection agency 3 months later. They sent me to collections stated there policy requires & written letter & not a phone call. I spoke to the owner on the phone when he called on the 2nd of the month to tell me my rent was late. These units are very clean, the security system is flawless and their rates are very competitive. THEY ARE NOW GIVING THE 3rd MONTH FREE TO NEW TENANTS.....That is hard to beat.
