I’ve been a patient at this dental office for several years, and until recently, I had no major complaints. However, I was disappointed by how the office staff handled a recent situation. Due to a last-minute scheduling conflict, I had to cancel an appointment for my wife. I called as soon as I could, but was informed we’d be charged a $60 cancellation fee based on a policy buried in paperwork we signed years ago. This dental office went downhill fast. If you want a cleaning, minimum Seven month wait. if they need to reschedule your appointment, there’s no accommodation and another seven month wait. Everyone at the front desk should be replaced.

The best dentist on earth, easily. No nonsense about what you need and with a funny sense of humor in the process. No judging, no pushy sales of procedures or products; just honest. I had a tooth extracted 12 years ago by another dentist who said I’d need an implant. Then oral surgeon said same thing. Dr Fruin would have none of it, setting me up with a perfect bridge instead. I chipped my front tooth on a fork and this dentist made it look like it never happened, with quick, quality service. He is personalable, yet straight forward. The assistant was compentent and nice. The front desk person was helpful and patient. Overall, awesome experience, I will be back!
