Worst purchase I’ve ever made! I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience with Fruehauf's was so frustrating that I feel almost obligated to warn others. I spent the over inflated prices on a patio set and within three months the cushions faded dramatically and one of the chairs wobbled so badly it was unusable. We ordered a set of patio furniture almost 25 years ago. We just moved and had room for more patio furniture. We knew what we wanted and we knew we had to buy from Fruehauf’s. It would’ve been almost 4 hours round trip to get what we wanted. Kyle was great as he helped us over the phone. He provided various samples and we bought the furniture. It arrived early and was better than expected. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you for everything Kyle!
Wonderful experience from sale to delivery. I bought the deck furniture at their President’s Day sale and they held it for me until our deck was finished. Very considerate. Called for delivery and the set came within 5 days. Great service.
We had a great experience at Fruehauf’s picking out our outdoor chairs. Yolanda was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient—she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We’ve been enjoying them every day on our patio, taking in the view. They were a bit of a splurge, but absolutely worth it for the quality and comfort. Delivery was on time and very professional. Highly recommend!
