Called Chuck last night. A/C was acting way beyond my understanding. He was here at 8:30 ( called before he came) just to make sure everything ok. Class act. Chuck and Jesse came in very polite and professional. They explained to my level and I felt very comfortable. Had my unit up and going in an hour. I haven’t had my unit checked since covid started. I don’t think I was charged enough, can you believe that. I will recommend Chuck and Jesse at Frueh. Thanks you! Harold Smith

I got a recommendation from a friend for this company when I told her we needed a water softener. Communication is a definite an issue with this company, never got a call back after leaving a message and had to call again. Told the woman specifically that I needed a water softener. An appointment was set, and when they showed up he had a product in hand and went straight to the basement to install, without any conversation.
