Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They closed their location in Boise let us know a week before we closed. Told us if we didn't like it to walk out the door. Real professional. No severance package was giving to us just a kick in the rear end .
Very poor communication was not impressed
It has been about eight months since our experience with this company, and I still cannot bring myself to talk about our experience without shaking, due to pure anger. it started out great though, I will say that our team was awesome! FRSTeam is always there to help. We have used them over and over from sewage losses and fire losses to anything in between. Top notch textile cleaning company! They respond to emergencies the same day and have crews onsite to pickup goods to be cleaned when emergency service is needed. We have used several companies and this company is the go to.
