Fast foward updated review☆☆☆ Service has decreased enormously. Appointments are canceled that are scheduled months in advance. Salon operational times are unrealistic. Rescheduling not convenient for clients. Followup placed on the client to complete. It's like the passion my stylist had along with inclusiveness went out the window. I was that client who was loyal, respectful of time scheduling. My payments were without issue along with tipping. So very disappointing My hairstylist never disappoints me!
