The after sales service from Stacey at Frozone Air Conditioning has been great!! Very happy with our new aircon and the friendly professionalism of the team at Frozone. I highly recommend them!!!
Had three units deep cleaned and one of the three serviced. Tech on site was extremely thorough and courteous. Will definitely use again in the future.
Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with Frozone Air during the process of obtaining a quote for installation of new split systems. A few days after the technician (Will) attended, I phoned to ask a question about the quote provided and was so shocked by the rudeness shown I did not continue with the quote. I was told that I didn’t trust his expertise and that I wasn’t listening during the quote, which was a surprise to me as the quote went smoothly with no issues raised. I've used numerous trades and contractors over the years but the fellas who installed our ducted air-conditioning system are the best I have ever encountered. Their work is of an excellent standard, they are courteous and happy to explain details, and their attention to detail and clean-up is second to none. The office staff at Frozone Air-conditioning are to be commended also for their pleasant and helpful manner.
