Serviced to the AC unit was professional and was done in a timely manner. Happy with the service. Will be using again.
Called them for a routine service. Tech arrived in a truck with another name on it. Contractor. Did not even put gauges on the lines to check pressures. Tech said when challenged "that's old school, we don't do that any more" No report except some verbal waffle. Something has happened to this company. They used to be good. Own trucks, good service, on the ball administration. During Covid there was an ABN number change. They are still at the same address but now seem to operate as a phone service call centre with work doled ... read more
The guys respected my place , removing their work shoes . I didn't expect but it was a good gesture plus it was raining as well . The ac inspection was done quick & a "diagnosis" was given. Fast forward , new ac had been installed, I left the guys doing the work as I know it will take 1-2 hours . Everything done as expected & explained, how to operate the new ac , given me additional advice . They left my place with cleaning and tidying the areas , which is very important.
