I ordered a split system online with frozone Air. I like that they organise the installation with pricing, so there are no surprises. I had the unit within 4 business days and the installation with 5. The installation was done by another company, Forecast air conditioning, who arrived on time and were very professional. A very easy transaction and I am very happy with my purchase.
Had my AC unit serviced recently and Frozone were easy to deal with, turned up on time and the tradesmen was professional and courteous.
Technician arrived on or before appointed time and fully checked out system to my satisfaction.
