There was plenty of room to park and I did not see anything indicating you can't overnight park. I arrived several hours early than my appointment time. Check in was painless and got a door right away. They got to me close to my appointment time and I was clear within an hour after of my appointment time. The construction and routing is a nightmare. Know your route and follow signs. GPS will mostly handle it but you need to be on top of it.
This place is awesome. My appointment was at 1 PM. Checked in at 7 AM. Got a phone call five minutes later and Got loaded within the hour and paperwork…. Carlos has everything on point they have overnight parking you check in by door 350
I showed up the night before my load was scheduled. Found plenty of parking. I checked in at 0600 the next morning when they opened. My appointment was for 1400 but I figured I would see if they could load me earlier due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Carlos the shipping supervisor said they always try their best and true to his word at 0635 he called me to a door. I wish other places ran this well. Great job guys.
So I’m confused. Half of the reviews say there is overnight parking and the other half says NO overnight parking. Can someone please clarify. THANK YOU!!!
