salute 🫡 to our hero Carlos is one of the best dock managers I’ve come across. He’s respectful, professional, and goes out of his way to make sure drivers are taken care of. Communication is clear, loading is smooth, and he keeps everything running efficiently. You can tell he genuinely cares about both his team and the drivers that come through. There was plenty of room to park and I did not see anything indicating you can't overnight park. I arrived several hours early than my appointment time. Check in was painless and got a door right away. They got to me close to my appointment time and I was clear within an hour after of my appointment time. The construction and routing is a nightmare. Know your route and follow signs. GPS will mostly handle it but you need to be on top of it.
This place is awesome. My appointment was at 1 PM. Checked in at 7 AM. Got a phone call five minutes later and Got loaded within the hour and paperwork…. Carlos has everything on point they have overnight parking you check in by door 350
