Frozen Air was great to work with and efficient when there was an issue with my air conditioner. The business followed up after an issue couldn't be fixed initially and was able to fix it with a return visit. Arron and Larry worked together well and fixed the problem! They were professional and explained the problem/fix.
This is a well-run and efficient business that deserves to be recognized for their prompt response to my particular AC problem. Theresa is simply the best, and I would only call her company for my future needs. She was knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant to deal with.
