The frozen yogurt was great, but unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. As soon as it was my turn at the register, the cashier looked at me and said, “Hello, Maria.” My name is not Maria, and I found the comment very upsetting and inappropriate. Froyo love is delicious! I was pleasantly suprised by the selection of flavors. I’m a tart type of a girl but all the flavors, made me try each one! Hahah. They were all amazing and I even ventured out of my typical flavor profile and got 3 different ones in one bowl! Highly recommend and the couches are so comfy!
This place small really bad Everything is dirty!
We’ve always loved this place and have never had an issue bringing my service dog inside, so tonight was extremely disappointing. One woman kicked us out even after I explained that he is a trained service dog and that I’m a 100% disabled veteran. She told me she “didn’t care” and claimed she was the owner. When I went back inside to address it again, she then admitted she actually wasn’t the owner.
