Went in there at 8:30 and starting shutting down all of the machines on a Saturday night. All of the chairs and tables were put up and smelled like bleach. We used the fudges and it was cold. We had to ask for sample cups and they were behind the counter. Then we asked for the marshmallow and said they already put it away trying to get ahead of dishes and didn’t offer to get it back out. While still open getting all trash and throwing outside the entrance. Everyone felt rushed out. They even started mopping before close.
This location has drastically gone downhill, unfortunately. Not sure if it’s new owners but they obviously don’t check in on their store or workers. It seems to always be closed/doors locked.
Sydney was very rude to me and hostile and her boyfriend checked me out which was also very strange. I expect better and I have never had such an awful customer service experience.
